do yu remember eating honeydew in Dunjong. it was like our American variety. The seeds were given to the Chinese by Henry Wallace, Secy of agriculture under roosevelt, I believe, and ran for president (as a socialist?) against Truman in '48This may not be completely accurate.

My blog is dedicated to celebrating the gorgeous fruits, veggies, breads, and other sundries sold there every Saturday. Each week, I'll feature a different vendor and his/her most delicious goods and tell you what they predict will shine at next week's market.
